Refund policy

At Daivik Cart, we strive to ensure that our customers receive only the finest quality products related to spirituality, semi-precious stones, and puja essentials. We are committed to your satisfaction and provide a transparent refund and return policy. Please review the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund or Return:

  1. Damaged Products:
    • To be eligible for a refund, the customer must shoot a video of the product while unboxing. If the product is found broken or damaged in the video, a refund or exchange will be processed accordingly. Please raise the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Incorrect Orders:
    • If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect order, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. To process this, the customer must shoot a video of the product while unboxing to confirm that the incorrect product was delivered. Please inform our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Natural Stone Bracelets and Rudraksha Beads:
    • If a natural stone or Rudraksha bracelet is found to be artificial or non-natural, the customer is required to get it tested at a government-registered laboratory. Share the lab report with our customer support for verification.
    • For this case, a 7-day return period from the date of product delivery applies.
  4. Gemstones:
    • If a gemstone is proven to be synthetic or artificial by a recognized gemological institute (ISO certified or internationally reputed), you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange.
    • The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  5. Product Damage Claims:
    • Any damage claims must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of product delivery. Failing to do so may disqualify you from a refund or exchange.
  1. Duplicate Payments:
  • In cases of multiple payments for the same order, the duplicate payments will be fully refunded without any transaction charge deductions, after retaining the cost of the singular order.


Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Personal dislike of the product after purchase.
  • Minor flaws in packaging.
  • Slight color differences or size variations. (Please note that natural stones may have inherent color and pattern variations that enhance their unique qualities.)
  • Sizing issues that can be resolved locally. We recommend carefully reviewing our size chart before making a purchase to avoid sizing-related concerns.

Additional Terms:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized (such as engraved stones or specially ordered spiritual products) are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Product Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition or the provided lab report, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
